Frequently asked questions
Do I have to fill in a long position form?+
No. You can paste the ad or describe the role freely. MIRA interprets the text and only asks for the important information that is not already clear.
Can I correct the search?+
Yes, until you start it. Before confirmation MIRA shows you a full summary and you can go back to the conversation to correct it. After the start the criteria are locked. If you want to look for a different person, you create a new search.
Why is the search locked?+
Because candidates and reports are produced against a precise request. Changing the criteria after receiving the results would turn a single search into potentially unlimited searches and would make the evaluations already generated inconsistent.
Can I contact every proposed candidate?+
Yes. There is no separate limit on contact requests: you can write to every candidate MIRA puts in your selection.
What happens if a candidate declines?+
Their spot is freed and MIRA automatically looks for another compatible profile. This replacement does not use up the ones available to the company.
What happens if a candidate does not seem right to me?+
You can select 'Not a fit', briefly say why and ask for a new profile. These replacements are limited: 5 in the single search and 10 per search in the subscription.
What happens if a candidate does not answer?+
The candidate stays in the 'Waiting for an answer' state. For now MIRA does not replace them automatically and does not treat it as a refusal.
Does the single search expire?+
No. Results, reports and history stay available. The search ends when the company decides to close it, or when no replacements requested by the company are left.
When do I see the student's name?+
During the initial selection the MiraCard is anonymous. Identity and contact details are shared when the student accepts the contact request.
